Fees, Payments & Insurance

Each therapist is responsible for determining the fee for services with each client.  Fees for most psychological services range from $75 to $150 per hour.  Insurance coverage and negotiated rates, copay/deductibles, household income, and net assets are a few factors we take into account when determining the price of each service.

Ivyland Counseling Center is a Participating Provider with the following insurance plans:

Aetna Behavioral Health

Highmark Blue Shield

Highmark Medicare

United Behavioral Health

We are currently in the application process with Cigna Behavioral Health, Keystone Behavioral Health, and Independence Blue Cross.

ICC is interested in becoming a provider with most insurance networks, so call us if your insurance company is not listed above.  We will try to become an approved provider with them as quickly as possible.  If you have a PPO or out of network provision, we will be happy to assist you in submitting claims for reimbursement.

Clients are provided with monthly detailed statements showing all charges and payments.

ICC accepts cash, checks, as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through Paypal.  Follow these simple directions to pay ICC with your credit card, debit card, or bank account.

1. Go to Paypal and login to your account (If you do not have a PayPal account already, follow the quick and easy steps on the login screen to create a new account for FREE).

2. Click on the “Send Money” tab and enter “payments@ivylandcounselingcenter.com” in the “To:” line.

3. Enter the amount you wish to pay and click continue.

4. Review your payment and click “Send Money”.  The payment will be reflected on your next monthly statement.
